To ensure a smooth resolution of any issues related to missing products, accessories, transit damage, or Dead on Arrival (DOA) cases, customers must record a complete, uncut unboxing video while opening the package.
Important: Unboxing Video Guidelines
To ensure a smooth resolution for any issues, please make sure your unboxing video includes the following:
1️⃣ Show the sealed package from all angles – Record the package before opening, covering all edges and corners. The original adhesive tape must be intact, with no extra layers or signs of tampering.
2️⃣ Uncut video while opening – The video must be continuous from start to finish, without any pauses or edits.
3️⃣ Product box condition – Show the product box before opening to confirm it is fully sealed and untampered.
4️⃣ Contents inside the box – Clearly display:
- The product in proper condition
- The wireless dongle (if applicable)
- All included accessories (keycap puller, cable, extra switches/keycaps, grip tape/mouse feet, etc.)
5️⃣ Inspect for damages – After unboxing, check the keyboard and accessories carefully in the video to ensure everything is intact.
? Claims for missing items, damages, or DOA products will not be accepted without a proper unboxing video.
Do not accept the package if the product box appears tampered with (e.g., extra layers of tape, signs of prior opening). If you notice such issues, reject the delivery immediately and report it to us. Once a tampered package is accepted, we cannot be held responsible for replacements or refunds. However, we will assist in coordinating with the logistics provider.

Eligibility Criteria for Product Returns and Replacements
We facilitate return requests exclusively under specific circumstances:
- Product Condition Issues: When a product supplied by us arrives damaged or defective.
- Incorrect Product: If an incorrect product is received, we will replace it at no cost. If the returned product is used or dirty, we will accept it as a specialized return and charge cleaning fees based on the severity of the problem.
- Replacement Requests: If the product has a manufacturing defect and the problem is reported within 7 days of delivery, a replacement request is possible.

Once a product has been opened, unsealed, or accepted upon delivery, it will no longer be eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

Return, cancellation, or exchange requests based on personal preferences such as color, size, functionality, or compatibility will not be accepted. We urge customers to carefully review the product details and specifications on the product page before completing their purchase. We do not entertain requests related to “change of mind”, or preferences post-delivery.
To ensure a streamlined return process, your products must meet specific criteria. Products not meeting these criteria will not be eligible for return:
- Source of Purchase: Items not directly purchased from Meckeys.com are excluded from our return policy.
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within seven days from the date of delivery.
- Original Packaging and Accessories: Products must be returned with their original packaging and accessories, including retail boxes, manuals, cables, and other included items.
- Product ID: Items must have EANs or UPCs intact on their packaging, if applicable.
- Physical Damage: Products must not exhibit physical damage, including damage to the original retail box and accessories.
- Factory Seal and Stickers: Items should have an unbroken factory seal on their case, and ‘Do Not Remove’ stickers over screws must be intact.
- Evidence of Spills: Products must not show any evidence of spills, regardless of severity.
Additional Fees (optional)
Returns that do not meet ‘like-new’ condition standards or do not include original accessories will be subject to additional fees, depending on the condition of the product. To ensure the safety of our employees and the efficiency of our processes, we kindly request that you clean your products before returning them. Product cleaning charges range from ₹100 to ₹500, based on the product’s condition.
Return Process and Timeline
We value your time and are committed to providing a prompt return process.
Please fill out the Return Form if your product qualifies. Once the form is received, further instructions will be provided. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return request upon receiving the returned item. (subject to availability)
Refund Guidelines
Refunds are only available for products with manufacturing defects that are reported within 7 days of delivery and the replacement is not available. Refund requests are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days after they are approved.
For products purchased through third-party websites such as Amazon and Flipkart, refunds are not directly available through our site. Only the respective 7-day refund policies of Amazon and Flipkart will apply. Refunds are not applicable from our website, even if the product is under warranty.
Cancellation Policy
- Order cancellations made prior to the product being shipped are free of charge.
- Items that have already been shipped will incur a ₹200 cancellation fee to cover shipping costs. In some cases, a restocking fee of ₹100 may apply.
Manufacturer’s Warranty and RMA
At Meckeys, we are committed to providing fair and transparent support for all genuine warranty claims. The majority of items and accessories on meckeys.com come with a manufacturer’s warranty that is supported by Meckeys. Free RMA processing is provided for covered defects under this warranty. Please review the following policy carefully before submitting a request:

If an issue is reported and verified to be covered under warranty, the product will first undergo a thorough inspection and diagnosis by our RMA team.

Products under warranty will follow a step-by-step service approach — repair will be attempted first, followed by spare part replacement if required. If neither option is possible, a full product replacement may be provided, subject to availability.

If a replacement product is not currently in stock, you may be requested to wait until it becomes available. Our team will provide clear communication regarding expected timelines for availability and dispatch/collection.

A replacement product will carry the remaining warranty period of the original product. This is also applicable to products purchased using store credit issued from a prior warranty claim.

Refunds are not applicable under any circumstance for products undergoing warranty or RMA processing.

Note: We aim to review and respond to all return or RMA requests within 2-3 business days. RMA processing time is generally between 1–3 weeks after we receive the product, depending on the complexity of the issue and availability of parts or replacement units.
Product Condition & Warranty Eligibility
- Products must be sent for RMA in clean and well-maintained condition. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, such as incorrect installation, power surges, water or liquid spills, heavy dust, pest or insect damage, poor maintenance, or any kind of physical damage. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, mishandling, improper use, or cosmetic damage are also not covered under warranty.
- If a product is found to be non-defective after inspection, it will be returned to the customer along with a diagnostic report or rejection reason. No further action will be taken on such claims.

Meckeys reserves the right to deny any warranty claim or refund request if the product is found to be in unsuitable condition or the issue is determined to be outside eligible criteria.
