How do I cancel my order?
You have the option to cancel your order, but only before it dispatches from our warehouse.
To cancel the order:
Login to your account > Go to Manage your Order > Cancel the desired order
If you don’t see a ‘Cancel’ button, it means your order has been dispatched. In case you still wish to cancel the order, please Get in Touch with our support team.
How does the Pre-Order process work?
Pre-Ordering a product is essentially making a reservation before it is made available. An ‘Availability Date’ will be listed next to every pre-order. These times represent our best estimate of the product’s availability. All pre-orders will receive priority shipping once the product is available.
Can I change my delivery address?
In the event that your order has not yet been shipped, you can change your delivery address. You can update your address by:
Placing a new order with the correct address after canceling the original one on the website
Contact our Customer Care Team to change the delivery address.

I require a copy of my order’s invoice. What should I do?
An invoice is automatically generated after an order is delivered. It can be downloaded from ‘Actions’ against the Order
Does Meckeys provide GST invoices?
Yes, we provide GST invoices for all orders. Commercial users can include their GST information when placing an order
I received the wrong product; what should I do?
Get in touch with our support team within 24 hours, along with some images & unboxing video of the incorrect product received. Our team will resolve your issue as soon as possible.
Can I return the product if it fails to meet my expectations?
In accordance with our policy, we only approve requests for returns if the item has a manufacturing defect.
Can I request an update to my order during the pre-order stage?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to update or change the order during the pre-order stage. However, you may cancel your order and place a new one of your choice.
How do I cancel my pre-order?
To cancel a pre-order, go to ‘My Account > Preorders’. Next to your preorder is a ‘Cancel’ button. Simply use it to cancel your pre-order. The refund will be credited back to you within 7 working days.
My account has been charged for the order, but it has not yet been confirmed. Why?
Don’t worry! Get in touch with us, and we will either process your order or refund the amount to your account in the following 5-7 days.
What methods of payment are available?
You can choose to pay using the following options:
- UPI/QR
- Credit or debit card payment
- Net Banking
- Wallets: PayTM, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, etc.
- Cash on delivery
Do I need to pay any additional taxes or fees?
All prices on the website are inclusive of all taxes, and no additional amount will be charged to you. Some products may have additional shipping fees.
When will my refund be issued if I cancel my order
Refunds can take up to 7 days to be processed by the bank and credited back to your account.
I have placed an order. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically shipped out within 24 to 48 hours. However, if you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday.
How do I track my order?
Once the order has been shipped out of our warehouse, an email and an SMS will be sent with the tracking number.
Alternatively, you can simply log into your account to view the details of your recent and current orders under My Account
Please note that we do not display tracking information for orders that have already been delivered.
What should I do if my product is not delivered within the time frame specified?
Once your product has been shipped, our logistics partner will handle the delivery. In case you are facing unexpected delays in delivery, you can always contact our support team for assistance.
Does Meckeys offer a warranty on the products?
The majority of the products sold on Meckeys come with a domestic limited warranty. Some companies, like HyperX, manage their own warranties.

How do I file a warranty claim if there is a manufacturing defect?

Will I be able to replace the defective product during the warranty period?
Sure, but only if our team is unable to repair it.
How long will it take the RMA team to service the product?
Once the RMA team receives the product, it takes up to 1-2 weeks to resolve your issue.
